Error when i try to play a game

When i try to play any game, this error show:

I change locale and language to jap, and use applocale but this not fix error ;/

Just a quick question before I start translating the message: you don't use both japanese uni-code settings and applocale, right?

Because the games should also run if you use only the japanese locale.

its the same if i use locale or do it without :>

feels like a programm or smth is needed to start the game...
but im not sure since im pretty new with jap games :>

I install win xp + applocale on Virtualbox and now i can play of any game

is there any way to fix that without xp? i got win 7 ultimate
