 Board not properly counting time between posts |

Okay, I just saw an issue where the board was telling me on my other (now banned because of this error) account that I was 'posting too fast' when I was making 2 posts in one hour.
Could someone investigate this issue?
Edit: I feel that I should mention that I sent an e-mail describing this issue to the DMCA report address because I couldn't find a administrator contact e-mail address anywhere. Sorry if this causes issues.
Lastly, I feel that I should mention that it was very early in the morning (2am-6am) that I was getting this issue.
