Anyways, I say nay
It looks like two different styles of the same chars. So granted it could be the same artist, but different styles used for the poses( maybe same CG set )
It's hard to say really, they both have the same amount of detail on the chars. themselves. One uses a different shading and coloring for the chars.
Anyways, the only thing I can say for sure is that is one freakishly veiny piece
