To tell you the truth I don't know what is going to happen. It depends on your fantasy and ofc on the number of tentacle story clichés you saw in H-Animes. Probably two endings are possible.
Happy End: A woman-like male protagonist save them and the girls give him a nice BJ in return. Then the girls go back to school... whatever.
Bad End: Nobody escapes them. The creature's fluid preserves the girls body as long as it is needed. Keeps them alive on a vegetative level in order to use their sexual energy (the chemical energy which is caused by the girls climaxes) as a fuel to support its basic life functions. So the crature go on its ordinary life: reproducting, territorial fighting with other creatures, solving mathematical problems, communicate with nother species etc. While the girls remain long-last batteries and after a while their minds break and become unconscious. (:
