Source for this Rustle picture?

Hey, guys. saw this on lolibooru and was wondering if anyone knew if there was more to this set, or if it even had an entire little manga to it. If someone can provide a source, or even a download link, I'd be most grateful. Heck, I'll even upload something to the downloads section in exchange (I probably will either way, as it's been awhile since I posted something anyway ;p).

Well, the obvious source would be Rustle (duh!).

But now taking it seriously, I think it's just a single pic since all books I have from him feature just "normal" stories (a older guy - a girl - fun happens) so I would remember a tentacle/whatever-that-thing-is story. (unless it's something new, then i want it as well)

Yeah, I was sort of afraid of it just being a one-off picture, as I figured I had almost everything from Rustle and it never went into anything that wasn't 'Vanilla'. Which is a downright shame, tentacle monsters need love too!

And what about this Doujinshi? The topic fits and quite new as well. I can't find DL.

Emule might have one, but only 5 and a bit MBs for what should be 74 pages makes it a bit suspicious.

Yup, as I thought it was not the full thing, but just four pages. Not even loli.

It is sad... I keep my eyes open for this doujinshi. BTW why has this thread been moved to AH?

Maybe a misinterpretation of what I said about those 4 pages. Or too many boobs in the background of the Rustle pic.

Found it, only 4 pages were made by Rustle in that anthology BUT it is translated to ENGLISH by LWB

Well, I stumbled upon the book today, but it's only 41 pages instead of the 74 listed on the DoujinshiDB.
