No there is no patch for windows Japanese. I had this problem a year back. Unfortunately to date I'm yet to find a solution. There's really no substitution for Japanese unicode settings. =/

Dont have an XP CD? then go and buy one or dl it, how hard is that??? Tell me, you download stuff like this? And you can't dl things like an XP cd.... give me a break LOL.

Also if you didnt geto ne when you bought your PC, enter your recovery cd it's there, and if you didnt even get that, contact www.microsoft.com and get your free copy by telling where you obtained your PC.

Who wants to go buy another copy of XP? I also find it a tough cookie to DL, and Microsoft is no help. A lot of torrent boards ban the word 'microsoft' because they're afraid of legal reprocussians. Personally I think that's stupid. If you're downloading the CD with bittorrent or something to put Japanese unicode settings on your computer than I think it's pretty obvious that you already have windows XP.

What should I do with the downloaded files??
It would be nice if somebody helps me with that.
